Ford Video Control at NAIAS 2007
Another snowy Detroit this January saw Digital Antics once again providing bespoke video systems control application development for Creative Technology (CT) and their client Imagination for motoring giant Ford at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit.
Digital Antics’ programmer Quintin Willison and systems engineer Paul Scullion arrived in Detroit in late December eager to prepare for the multi-million dollar New Year show which drew in over 750,000 attendees this time last year.
The simple user interface that was created allowed the operations team from CT (headed up by project manager Herb Brandt, head of technical services Darren Alexander and senior technician Andy Jury) to manage and maintain playlists of clips across the multiple playback channels; all in full synchronisation every time and fully automatic in operation.
