Immersive Boardrooms
Synchronised Multimedia Playback on Multiple Screens
Something that a lot of businesses suffer from is underwhelming boardroom meetings or pitches to new clients. We’ve all experienced the dullest of PowerPoint presentations full of clip art and jargon, cliche and tedium - a.k.a. ‘death by PowerPoint’.
We can’t help you with the content of your presentations - we think you would know what bores people and what enthrals them - but one thing we can help with is how you present your presentations.
Imagine a boardroom where every surface, curved, straight or angled, had your presentation projected onto it. Imagine tens of plasma flat screens displaying images or video - some with text in English, some with text in German or French for your European clients. Imagine all of these screens and surfaces displaying the same content or each screen displaying a different piece of media and all the while this presentation is perfectly synchronised and each output accessible at the touch of a button. You can have all this and more with a Digital Antics‘ Immersive Boardroom solution.
Digital Antics have experience in outputting multiple signals of audio, video and imagery to multiple screens whilst they remain independent of one another. One of your boardroom screens could be displaying a set of image slides while a video played across two or more screens as one large output. Perhaps you would like a video to move across several screens in a continuous wave of media? Or maybe have a Tablet PC to trigger content playback on one or more screen channels?
One unique feature of previous boardroom solutions developed by Digital Antics is the ability to allow delegate interaction. Here all viewers of the presentation can use an allocated Tablet PC to create handwritten notes or sketches and instantly message other delegates individually or as a group. The Chairman can, if desired, display these inputs on a screen of their choice or indeed all of them.
An advanced import and export facility linked to the centralised content management system would enable your offices in Hong Kong or New York or Paris to synchronise or interchange complex multi-screen shows.
We have the experience to enable your system to relay serial data to devices connected to local COM ports on a host PC, with serial commands supplied by a Tablet PC over ethernet.
All of this accessed and controlled from a single touchscreen or Tablet PC-based control panel.
